Growing up, I played many sports, but I channeled my focus towards basketball in the later years of school. After high school, I then began racing mountain and road bikes competitively. Through this variety of sports and training regimens, my love for health and wellness was created. Being certified through NASM and Vertimax sports performance, my heart is to empower you to achieve your next goal along your fitness journey.

Growing up, I was very active. Basketball to snowboarding, soccer, and more, I loved to move. As I got older sports transitioned into weight lifting and a desire to be healthy, look good and feel good. Starting my fitness journey made every part of my life better and was something I was passionate about and wanted others to share in. My former boss opened my eyes to fitness training as a career, and I started down that road. Certified through NASM, NESTA, and NCSF, I’m still training nine years in counting. Helping others reach their goals in fitness is something I love! Whether you’re trying to lose weight to be healthy and look good, put on muscle, or want to move better and have more energy, my heart is to help you reach that goal!
